| All applicants to the Circle City Flyers must have
proof of AMA membership and pay the yearly club fee. All adult
applicants are required to pay a $60 initiation fee. Active duty military personnel may use the field at no charge but are
required to have AMA membership.

1. Please start with the CCF Info form: This form is emailed to the secretary so we have some basic information from you.
2. You will be redirected back to this page for Paypal: Paypal will allow you to choose a NEW application or renewal fee.
3. Download Application: You can then return here, download the application to complete and return.
